  • Does NOT sell products - All sales occur on merchant websites
  • Does NOT handle payments - Merchants process all transactions
  • Does NOT ship products - Merchants handle all logistics
  • Does NOT provide warranties - Product warranties come from manufacturers/merchants
  • Earns affiliate commissions - We receive compensation for referrals

8. EU Consumer Rights

HR Electronics OÜ respects EU consumer protection laws. However, important limitations apply because we are an information service, not a merchant.

8.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

This right applies to purchases from merchants, NOT to our Service.

  • The amount of affiliate commissions we earned from your specific transactions in the 12 months preceding the claim

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
